We provide a local professional design service for residential projects, preparing drawings for

a small practice, specialising in residential projects, we can provide expert knowledge with a

From the outset we understand the importance of getting the design and layout right for you, understaning what you wish to achieve. We listen to your ideas and contribute our own ideas and knowledge to ensure an appropriate scheme is designed to suit your requirements. We will give you guidance on your project and provide an indicative timetable of events, so that from the offset you can have a realistic project timetable.
 
Recently had planning permission refused?
 We pride ourselves on our planning knowledge and ensure that we maintain a good working relationship with the local planning authority.
We can be very pragmatic in our approach to a scheme that has been given specific reasons for refusal. We look to find a way forward that still aims to meet your requirements and those of the local authority. We will disuss your ideas and any design matters you are unsure of and make suggestions when you do not quite know what you are trying to acheive. We will also advise you on any limitations that we foresee you are likely to encounter in the planning and building regulations stages.
 
There is no charge for this initial consultation. Following the consultation we will have sufficient information to send you a competitive detailed fee quotation for our future services.
