Whether you are experienced developers or have a one off plot for your own home, we can set about tackling the increasingly complex planning and building regulations hurdles.

We set about creating design solutions that meet your requirements and also aim to accord with the local authority requirements. If a query arises during a planning application, we assess the merits of the planning officer's concerns and set about responding to them is a positive manner, ensuring that the project keeps moving.

We aim to provide an effective building regulations service that keeps your project timetable on track. We correspond with a Structural Engineer and Heat Loss Assessor to ensure Building Control are supplied with all the necessary information.
Developers
We have worked on a wide variety of residential schemes for developers. Rarely ever is a parcel of land truely 'unrestricted', there are readily limitations or restrictions on or adjoining the site, often requiring clever design to overcome.

It is the govenment's target to use land within settlements efficiently and we always bear this in mind when designing for developers, whilst also consulting the planning department, aiming to ensure that the scheme also accords to the local authority's policies.

We can work with you to ensure that plans submitted to the Local Authority are within your timescales so that work can commence as soon as approvals are received.

Own Home Developments
We believe that a client's input is very important at the design stage, after all, it is you that will be residing in the building and it is you who knows how you will lead your lives.
We take your requirements and our planning, design & construction knowledge and set about designing a building to be proud of.

We have obtained permission for a wide variety of building plots. Rarely ever is a plot truely 'unrestricted', there are readily limitations or restrictions on or adjoining the site, often requiring clever design to overcome.

"To get planning permission for someone's dream home is so fulfilling, as it is at this point that the project takes a huge leap forward to becoming a reality" - Thomas Shillitoe
